Friday's kickoffs

City games

Bryan Station (2-1) at Clark County (0-2): The Defenders' Curtis Sellers has run for 336 yards in three games, averaging 13 yards a carry.

Cincinnati Hills Christian (2-0) at Lexington Christian (3-0): Two-way standout Sam Maybriar leads LCA in rushing yards and tackles.

East Jessamine (0-2) at Paul Laurence Dunbar (1-1): Dunbar is looking to win two games in a row for the first time since September 2009.

Henry Clay (1-2) at Tates Creek (2-1): The Commodores ended a seven-year losing streak to Henry Clay last year.

Lafayette (1-2) at Owensboro (2-1): Linebackers Justin Carr and T.J. Broadus lead the Generals in tackles.

Lexington Catholic (2-1) at Male (3-0): Knights quarterback Kyle Bolin surpassed 6,000 yards passing in his career last week. He now has 6,108 yards, 54 touchdowns.

Top state games

Cincinnati Elder (2-0) at Trinity (2-0): The Shamrocks, rated No. 13 in the nation by USA Today, are on a 27-game winning streak.

Frankfort (3-0) at Franklin County (3-0): Capital City showdown between Class A Panthers and 5A Flyers.

John Hardin (3-0) at Boyle County (1-2): The Bulldogs beat Boyle County 28-0 last year, the first time the Rebels had been shut out since 2004.
