Man faces charges in 10 Lexington robberies in August, September

Lexington police on Friday arrested Aaron Jeral Jackson, 21, in connection with 10 robberies on the city's north side in August and September.

Jackson faces commercial robbery charges in robberies at 512 Lin Wal on Aug. 27 (robbery from a pizza delivery); at King of Foods, 208 Legends Lane, on Aug. 29; at Shell, 435 West New Circle Road, on Sept. 3 and Sept. 17; at Red Roof Inn, 1980 Haggard Court, on Sept. 10 and Sept. 13; at 1987 North Broadway, on Sept. 15; at Shell, 176 West New Circle Road, on Sept. 17.

He is also charged in a robbery at Ramada Inn, 2143 N. Broadway, on Sept. 21; and in a theft from a person at 1987 North Broadway on Sept. 19.

Jackson was being held in the Fayette County jail on $90,500 bond. He is scheduled to be arraigned in Fayette District Court at 1 p.m. Friday.
