Lexington firefighters cut the doors and roof off a car to free a man trapped inside after the car collided with a tractor-trailer at Winchester and New Circle roads Tuesday morning. The collision occurred at the top of the ramp leading onto the inner loop of New Circle Road. The ramps onto New Circle Road were shut down in both directions while the injured were treated.
