Kentucky Bank: Chad Kobes has joined investment services at the bank and will assist customers in Jessamine, Scott and Woodford counties.


Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs: Walter R. Morris Jr. has been named counsel in the Lexington office. He is a member of the trusts, estates and personal planning service team.

Frost Brown Todd: Timothy W. Dunn has joined the Lexington office and will practice in the firm's personal and succession planning group.


Asphalt Institute: Tracie W. Schlich has been named director of marketing and membership for the international trade association of petroleum asphalt producers, manufacturers and affiliated businesses.
