Danville police were searching late Wednesday for two Danville men wanted in the slaying of a Danville woman who was shot Wednesday afternoon at a home on Longview Drive.

According to a news release, Mellisa Jean Luna-White, 28, was shot at the front door of an apartment at 528 Longview Drive after a fight.

Witnesses told police that two men were at the apartment when she was shot, according to the news release.

Police have issued arrest warrants for Lamar M. Stallworth, 27, of Danville for murder, burglary and wanton endangerment, and for David J. Harlan, 24, of Danville for complicity in those three charges.

Police said both men are considered armed and dangerous, and that anyone with information about one or both men should call detective Lisa McAnly at (859) 238-1220
