Olive Hill man is arrested on charges of sexual abuse

An Olive Hill man was arrested Tuesday on charges that he sexually abused two teens at a foster home.

James M. Layne, 29, was charged with two counts of first-degree sexual abuse.

According to a news release from state police, officers received a complaint that the girls, ages 14 and 15, had been abused at a home on Grahn Road in Olive Hill, where they were in the care of Layne.

Layne was lodged in the Carter County jail.
