New and changing businesses in Central Kentucky.

As part of its global social media initiative Clark Material Handling Co. now has a Facebook presence. As part of being a customer-focused material handling company, followers will be able to locate the company page by searching Clark MHC on Facebook.

■ A new online business, Goblin Nightvision, has been started by Lexingtonian Elizabeth Clay Downing. The Web site, Goblinnightvision.com offers many night vision products for professional and non-professional users. An online tutorial is available to those new to night vision. Go to the Web site, click on the About Night Vision tab on the menu bar, and click on What Is Night Vision? to watch the tutorial.

■ The new Kroger Marketplace store, located at 106 Marketplace Circle in Georgetown, has opened. This new store replaces the company's Washington Square store, is twice its size and employs double the number of people. Specialty departments include furniture, home decor, bed and bath, a toy department, Baby World, and Fred Meyers Jewelers.
