Churchill Downs is moving the Infield Club out of the infield. Next year, the track will unveil Section 110, stadium-style seating on the first turn, for the Kentucky Derby and the Oaks, May 3 and 4.
A two-day package will range from $698 for seats out in the open to $799 for seats under cover. About a third of the 30 rows of seats will be under cover.
All will have cupholders and access to unlimited food and drinks, Churchill Downs said in a news release announcing the 3,000 new seats. The seating will replace the Infield Club, which did not have seating; in-seat food service will now be available.
Fans who registered at Churchilldowns.com/tickets get first dibs on the tickets Wednesday. Churchill said those who register will get an email message with details of the offer.
The seats will be where the two-story Trackside Village hospitality tent has been on the "Clubhouse turn" in recent years.
