Ina Bullock, 70, of Stanford, died Saturday at the University of Kentucky Medical Center from multiple blunt force injuries suffered in an automobile accident Nov. 7.

Bullock was a passenger in a car hit by a box truck, according to the Fayette County coroner's office. The accident occurred on Ky. 39 North at Perkins Lane in Garrard County. The victim was wearing a seat belt.

McKnight Funeral Home in Crab Orchard is in charge of funeral arrangements.
