Omni Architects: Registered architect Jody Boelhauf has been promoted to senior associate level. Marketing manager Deborah Cutts has been promoted to associate level.

Bank of the Bluegrass: J.J. Deans has been promoted to vice president, credit analyst. Chris French, a credit analyst, has been promoted to assistant vice president.

Sturgill, Turner, Barker & Moloney: Bryan H. Beauman has returned to the firm as a partner. His practice will focus on constitutional law and civil rights, education law, employment law, insurance law and public entity defense.

Walker Law Office: Masten Childers III has joined the firm as an attorney and mediator. His practice will focus on personal injury, civil litigation and domestic mediation.

Organizations

Associated General Contractors of Kentucky: David Dean, owner of Dean Builds, a Lexington-based commercial and industrial construction company, has been named the organization's 2013 president. He was inducted at the annual meeting Nov. 16 in Louisville.
