Fares Farm, breeder of two-time Horse of the Year Curlin, announced Tuesday it will sell all its Thoroughbred breeding and racing stock at Keeneland's January Horses of All Ages Sale.

Owned by Issam Fares, a businessman and former government official in his native Lebanon, the farm has bred and raced Thoroughbreds for more than 25 years, according to a statement.

Lane's End Farm will act as the agent for the dispersal of the 80 horses, which includes 37 broodmares, 33 yearlings and 10 horses of racing age.
