JWI Restoration recently donated 500 smoke detectors to fire departments in the Central Kentucky area. This is the third year that JWI has provided free smoke detectors to local communities.

"We are thankful to JWI for this donation," said Chief Ralph Ladson of the Clark County Fire Department. "We have some units available from government grant money, but they run out quick; it's nice to have additional detectors donated to give to those in need."

People needing smoke detectors should contact their local fire department to inquire about availability.
