An Columbia man was arrested Sunday after a shooting that sent another man to the hospital.

Kentucky State Police received a call about 5 p.m. Saturday from Adair County 911 that a gunshot victim was being treated at Westlake Hospital. Adam Haskiell, 20, had been shot in the chest during a fight at a house on Keen Wilson Road. KSP arrested Jeremy Lee Luttrell, 22, on Sunday at a house on Athleta Trace Road in Adair County. Luttrell was charged with assault and taken to the Adair County jail.

Haskiell is in stable condition at University of Louisville Hospital.
