Funeral arrangements have been set for three people who died in a house fire Wednesday.

Lenville Lee Lindon, 89; Norma Jean Lindon, 78; and their son, Kenny Lindon, 54, died when their home on Buckingham Lane caught fire. Fire investigators said the fire was caused by smoking materials discarded in a trash can.

Services for the Lindons will be held Saturday. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Clark Legacy Center, 601 East Brannon Road, Nicholasville. Funeral services will follow, also at the funeral home.

Lenville and Norma Jean Lindon are survived by a daughter, Sheila David, and a son, Jim Land, both of Lexington. Kenny Lindon is survived by his brother and sister and two daughters, Ali Slone and Emily Jean Lindon, also of Lexington.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial donations to the Makenna Foundation, a non-profit which supports Kentucky Children's Hospital.
