Maybe Kentucky should rethink its zip code.

For one game every season, the No. 7 Cats play away from their cozy Memorial Coliseum home and head downtown to Rupp Arena.

On Friday night, Kentucky seemed fond of its temporary housing, starting the game with a 37-9 run before drubbing DePaul 96-64 in front of a record crowd of 18,488.

"We just want to thank you for making history tonight," UK Coach Matthew Mitchell told the crowd after the game. "We love you."

The day before, Mitchell had no love for Kentucky's offensive focus or lack thereof in its games this season, including a squeaker at Louisville on Sunday.

Kentucky (7-1) showed plenty of focus early, starting the game on a 25-2 run and never looking back.

Four Kentucky players finished in double figures, including DeNesha Stallworth and Samarie Walker, who each had double-doubles.

If A'dia Mathis had stayed in the game and gotten one more rebound, it would've been the first time since 1989 that three Kentucky players recorded double-doubles in a game.

The senior guard had 17 points and nine boards in the win, the Cats' sixth in a row. It also was UK's 26th straight win at home and its 35th straight victory over a non-conference opponent in Lexington.

Stallworth had career highs of 17 points and 13 rebounds. Walker added a game-high 18 points and 10 boards for Kentucky, which won the rebounding battle 48-33.

Jasmine Penny led the Blue Demons (6-3) with 16 points. Former Lexington Christian standout Anna Martin added 14 points and Brittany Hrynko 13 points.
