A 31-year-old Crestwood man died at University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital after a Scott County crash, the Fayette County coroner's office said.

Logan P. Lonkard was driving east on U.S. 421 about 10:48 a.m. Monday when he lost control, crossed into the westbound lane and overcorrected. His vehicle was struck in the driver's side by an oncoming vehicle.

Lonkard died during surgery about 1 p.m. Monday.
