A Clinton County woman was killed Tuesday in a two-vehicle crash, state police said.

Lesia Brinson, 46, of Albany was driving east on Ky. 90 when her 2000 Mercury Sable crossed into the opposite lane and hit a 2006 Pontiac G6 driven by Tara J. Doran, 20, of Monticello, according to a news release.

Brinson died at the scene of the wreck, nine miles east of Albany, police said.

Doran was flown to the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center. Her condition was not immediately available.

The wreck happened at 3 p.m. (CST).
