A Nicholasville woman injured in a two-vehicle wreck Wednesday died of her injuries at University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital.

Billie Blevins, 59, was hurt when a car hit her sport-utility vehicle on Richmond Avenue in Nicholasville.

Blevins was transported to UK, where she was pronounced dead from multiple blunt-force trauma about an hour after the wreck, according to a news release from the Fayette County coroner's office.

The wreck happened about 2:50 p.m. Wednesday.
