Fayette County Health Department: Closed Monday and Tuesday.

Lexington city government: Closed Tuesday.

Trash collection: Residents whose regular collection day is Tuesday will receive service Wednesday. Those residents should place their Herbies, Rosies and Lennies on the curb after 4 p.m. Tuesday to assure collection Wednesday. Businesses that have city pickup for their dumpsters (landfill bound and recycling) will receive service on Wednesday. The Municipal Recycling Facility, the city’s Electronic Recycling Center and the Haley Pike Waste Management facility are closed Tuesday.

State government: Closed Tuesday.

Libraries: Closed Tuesday.

Lextran: Running on the Sunday schedule Tuesday.

Mail: No delivery Tuesday.

District court: Closed Tuesday.

Circuit court: Closed Tuesday.
