It’s a huge week for coupons, so now’s an ideal time to start couponing. And here are ideas on how to match these coupons to this week’s sales to save even more:

CVS

■ All Stayfree pads are buy one, get one free. Use the newspaper buy-one-get-one-free coupon to get them both free.

■ Three boxes of General Mills cereal cost $10. Use the $1 newspaper coupon, plus get $3 in ExtraCare bucks.

■ Disney, Marvel and Nature’s Bounty vitamins are all buy one, get one free. Use two $1 newspaper coupons to save more.

■ Bengay costs $5.99. Use the $2 newspaper coupon and also get $2 in ExtraCare bucks.

■ Buy $10 in Band-Aid or Neosporin products and receive $2 in ExtraCare bucks. Also be sure to match this with the 50-cent Band-Aid newspaper coupon and the $2 Neosporin coupon.

■ Listerine antiseptic mouthwash is on sale for $3.99. Scan your ExtraCare card at the red coupon kiosk at the front of the store to receive a $2 in-store coupon. You can also use the $1 newspaper coupon to sweeten the deal.

■ Buy two Aveeno products, being sure to get the smallest size available, and use the $3 coupon, plus receive $6 in ExtraCare bucks.

■ When you buy two RoC facial care products, be sure to use two $3 newspaper coupons. You’ll also get $17 in ExtraCare bucks to use toward future purchases.

■ Buy $30 of certain products and receive $10 in ExtraCare bucks. One way to do it is to buy K-Y premium for $20.99, two Johnson’s Baby Wash or Baby Oil products for $6, and a Lubriderm lotion for $6.99. Use the two 75-cent Johnson & Johnson coupons, the $2 Lubriderm coupon and $5 K-Y coupon to make the final price $15.48 with the value of the ExtraCare bucks included.

Rite Aid

■ If you buy Mitchum deodorant, use both the $1 newspaper coupon and the $2 store flier coupon.

■ Use the $1 newspaper coupon to buy a Schick disposable razor pack, and you’ll also get $3 in +UPs Rewards to use toward future purchases.

■ When you buy $30 of certain products, you’ll get $10 in +UPs Rewards. There are lots of ways to save. One offer you should take advantage of is buying a Neosporin Essentials Trial Pack for $12.99 and then send in for a $12.99 rebate.

Walgreens

Buy two Centrum vitamin products and use the $3 and $2 newspaper coupons. You’ll also get 2,000 Wellness Points, the equivalent of $2 in the rewards program.

Reward programs

Building on last week’s column, here are a few more reward programs I recommend joining.

JCPenney Rewards: Sign up with your email address and register your JCPenney credit card or up to three credit/debit cards to earn reward points that can add up to a $10 discount.

Victoria’s Secret Pink Nation: Join and receive a coupon for a free pink panty, valued at $10.50, with any Pink purchase.

Big Lots Buzz Club Rewards: Even though the chain doesn’t accept coupons, Big Lots can save you money. Sign up for their rewards card and get access to shopping discounts, store coupons and more.

Dick’s Sporting Goods: Sign up for a Scorecard to earn 1 point with each dollar in purchases. You’ll receive $10 for every 300 points accumulated.
