Kentucky State Police are investigating the death of a Garrard County man.
Troopers found Ormand VanWinkle, 64, dead in his home near Crab Orchard Thursday night, police said.
The troopers were checking on VanWinkle, who had not been in contact with relatives for several days.
An autopsy is scheduled for Friday to determine the cause of death.
