Weisenberger Mill Bridge between Scott, Woodford counties
Published at 1:00 p.m. on January 13, 2013
Weisenberger Mill Bridge, built in 1930, carries more than 1,150 vehicles per day across South Elkhorn Creek between Scott and Woodford counties. The state Transportation Cabinet will hold a public meeting on Jan. 24 at Midway College to solicit public comment on what should happen with the bridge. At issue: Should the bridge be kept and rehabilitated, or should it be replaced?
