Tempur-Pedic executive to retire

Lexington-based mattress maker Tempur-Pedic International announced the retirement Monday of Matthew Clift, executive vice president of global operations. The company announced a search for a replacement, and Clift will continue in his role until a successor is named.

Before joining Tempur-Pedic in 2004, Clift was vice president and general manager of Lexmark International's consumer printer division.
