A foreclosure auction Thursday of 19 condominiums and 13 garages in the Kimball House Square development on South Limestone raised $2.4 million, which will go to Bank of the Bluegrass. The auction drew more than 100 potential bidders, real estate agents, bankers and curiosity seekers. More than half the condos in the Kimball House Square development plus more than a dozen garages were sold at auction to pay a bank what is owed on mortgage.
