Finance

Forcht Bank: Justin Badeau has been named chief financial officer. Badeau has been with Forcht Bank since 2002, most recently as controller.

Law

Frost Brown Todd: Robert V. Sartin has been named to the firm's nine-person executive committee for a three-year term. Previously, Sartin served on the firm's strategic planning, finance and advancement committees. A leader for the automotive industry team, Sartin practices primarily out of the firm's Nashville office but maintains an office in Lexington.

Other

Harshaw Trane: Quintin Franke has joined the company as a service technician.

Meridian Chiles: Jeff Anderson has been named vice president of sales for the full-service advertising agency.

Anderson was most recently vice president of advertising at the Lexington Herald-Leader.

WDKY-TV (Fox 56): Ronna Corrente has been named general manager of the Fox affiliate in Lexington.

Organizations

The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Human Rights Commission: The following have been named officers for 2013 on the 14-member commission responsible for enforcing the local anti-discrimination laws in employment, housing and public accommodation: Rev. Kenneth Golphin, chair; Craig Cammack, vice chair; Michael Ades, treasurer; and Rev. D. Anthony Everett, secretary.

The IBM Independent Brokers Network: The following Bluegrass Realtors have been elected officers for 2013: Steve Carnes, owner/ principal broker, Eclipse Distinctive Properties, president elect; Brenda Cochran, owner/principal broker, Cochran Realty, vice president elect; Diana Fields, owner/principal broker, Millennium Real Estate Group, secretary; Vicky Roark, owner/ principal broker, Roark Realty, treasurer.

The Kentucky Distillers' Association: Rick Robinson of Wild Turkey has been named chairman of the group that promotes the bourbon and distilled spirits industry and the Kentucky Bourbon Trail tour.

Robinson, who is plant director at the Lawrenceburg distillery, will serve through December.

Other board members for 2013 include: Chris Morris, master distiller, Brown Forman; John Rhea, chief operating officer, Four Roses Distillery; and Jeff Conder, vice president, Global Supply Chain, Beam Inc.

CTIA — The Wireless Association: Ron Smith, president and CEO of Bluegrass Cellular, has been elected to his third consecutive term on the association's executive committee.

The Danville/Boyle County Economic Development Partnership: Danville native Bethany Rogers has been named executive director of the Heart of Danville Main Street Program.
