A 30-year-old London man died in a crash Tuesday night in Laurel County, police said Wednesday.

Brandon Bush and some friends were working on a pickup truck at 7:40 p.m. on Pine Top Road, Laurel County Sheriff's Office spokesman Gilbert Acciardo said.

When Bush got the truck running, Acciardo said, he drove it down a hill on a gravel road and lost control on a curve. The truck slammed into a tree.

Bush was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
