Neil Burns' Beastmode workout session

Neil Burns led a Beastmode workout session at First Step Fitness in Richmond on Jan. 26. Burns weighed 680 pounds when he began working out three years ago. He's since lost 400 pounds and is trying to build a career as a personal trainer. Beastmode is what he calls his group cardio workouts. He burned 1,176 calories during this hour-long session.
