Cincinnati-based Fifth Third Bank announced Wednesday that it will offer job-search assistance to mortgage borrowers who are unemployed.

The company is partnering with national employment company NextJob. Services offered will include one-on-one coaching and online offerings, including seminars and job-search software.

Fifth Third initiates the process of signing up qualified borrowers for the service.
