House Speaker Greg Stumbo, D-Prestonsburg, said that the hemp bill will get a "full and fair hearing" in the House agriculture committee but that he is skeptical of economic claims. "I would have to assured that the market viability and benefit to our state far outweigh the law enforcement concerns," Stumbo said.
