Public input soughton 20-year roads plan

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet wants to hear from you.

State officials ask that you complete a short and confidential online survey at yourturn.transportation.ky.gov. The deadline to complete the survey is Feb. 25.

The survey will help the Cabinet determine the state's most important transportation issues; how the transportation system could be improved over the next 20 years; how future transportation improvements could be funded; and what should be considered when selecting future transportation projects.

Paper surveys are available at highway district offices, area development district offices, and the Transportation Cabinet Office Building at 200 Mero Street in Frankfort. The Lexington Area Metropolitan Planning Organization office at 101 East Vine Street in Lexington also has paper surveys. Call (502) 564-3419 week days between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to request a survey.
