Young is not considered dangerous, Sgt. John Cooper said. Young's previous charges include a felony charge for organized crime and two charges of theft.

He was in the facility for about two years of an eight-year sentence.

Young is 6 feet tall, weighs about 160 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes.
