Enderle & Co.: Andrew Dieruf, director of audit and attestation services, has been named partner.
Forcht Bank: Jeremy Cron has joined the bank's commercial banking team.
Health care
Hospice of the Bluegrass: Monica Couch has been named associate vice president of Eastern Kentucky operations. Couch has been with Hospice of the Bluegrass for 15 years as a nurse, nurse supervisor and Hazard site director. Paul Sluss has been named site director for the Hazard office.
Law
Frost Brown Todd: Richard E. Plymale and David C. Trimble have been named members of the firm. Plymale practices in the business litigation group. Trimble is in the insurance and tort defense practice group.
Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer: Heather McCollum and Brandon Faulkner, both in the firm's Lexington office, have been named partners.
Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs: Sherry P. Porter has joined the firm's employee benefits team. She is the former dean of Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University.
Organizations
The Friedell Committee for Health System Transformation: The following have been elected officers of the statewide nonpartisan independent citizen organization dedicated to the improved health of all Kentuckians: Gilbert H. Friedell, president; Jane Chiles, vice president; Forrest Calico, secretary; and Laurel True, treasurer. Larry Smith, a Lexington businessman and health advocate, has been elected as a member of the committee.
Blood Centers of America: William Reed, president and CEO of the Kentucky Blood Center, has been elected treasurer on the executive board.

Lexington Cemetery & Crematory: Mark C. Durbin has been named president and general manager. Patrick Ganahl has been promoted to assistant manager. Tolen Miles Penn has been promoted to grounds manager.
Limestone Equine Insurance Agency: Ashley Gott has been named a partner. Gott joined Limestone in 2003 and she will continue to be responsible for managing the daily operations of the company.
Meridian Chiles: Christie Mitchell has joined the company as an account executive.
