Guarnieri is a 1983 graduate of Centre College and 1986 graduate of the UK College of Law.

Ayer is a 1965 graduate of Murray State University and 1968 graduate of the UK College of Law.

Lawson is a 2007 graduate of Transylvania University and 2011 graduate of the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law.
