A Casey County man was killed Sunday evening in a single-vehicle crash, state police said in a news release.
John F. Parton, 58, of Liberty was driving west on Parton Road in a 2004 Chevrolet truck when he lost control and hit a tree, according to a news release.
Parton, who was not wearing a seat belt, was pronounced dead at the Casey County Hospital, police said.
The wreck happened at 8:20 p.m.
