Katrina Kelly decorated a girl's cake during Sweet Blessings' 24-hour bake-a-thon at Maxwell Street Presbyterian Church in Lexington, Ky., on Feb. 26, 2013. The non-profit organization bakes and decorates layered or carved birthday cakes for children living in poverty or suffering from a life-threatening illness and delivers to eight central Kentucky counties.
