■ Army Sgt. Adam R. Sebastian has returned to the U.S. after being deployed overseas at a forward operating base to serve in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
Sebastian is a howitzer gunner assigned to the Fourth Airborne Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. He has served in the military for five years and eight months.
He is the son of Linda and Larry Sebastian of Richmond.
■ Army Staff Sgt. Mark A. Kondik has returned to the U.S. after being deployed overseas at a forward operating base to serve in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
Kondik is a senior transmissions section chief assigned to the 4th Airborne Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. He has served in the military for 12 years.
Kondik's wife, Kami, is the daughter of Leah King of Richmond.
Graduations
■ Army Warrant Officer 1 Sean E. Adkins has graduated from the Warrant Officer Candidate School at Fort Rucker, Ala.
Adkins is an electronic warfare technician assigned to the Headquarters Co., 1-25th Stryker Brigade Combat Team at Fort Wainwright, Fairbanks, Alaska. He has served in the military for 14 years.
His wife, Kimberly, is the daughter of Willie Allen of Double Culvert Road, Georgetown, and Mary Allen of Richardson Highway, North Pole, Alaska.
