Keith Stansell, 28, was arrested for driving under the influence after police stopped him in a Kroger parking lot, according to a news release from the Danville Police Department.
The officers then found that Stansell had left a 2-year-old girl alone in the car for more than 45 minutes while he was inside the store. The ignition had been turned off and temperatures were below freezing, according to the release.
