Seventh District Holdings, with principals Ahmad Hamza and Mohammed Hamza, has purchased Lexington-based Blue Star Plastics, which specializes in custom injection molding of thermoplastic components and contract manufacturing of plastic assembled products. Blue Star was founded in 1984 by former Texas Instruments executives Roger Storch and Don Keim, who will continue with the company for about six months during the transition of ownership.
