Chris Bailey's forecast: Snow to give way to flurries

A morning round of snow will turn to an afternoon of mostly flurries after most areas of south and east Kentucky received only an inch or two accumulation from a late-winter blast. Temperatures Wednesday could hit the low to middle 30s, causing most of the accumulation to melt.
