Fire destroyed a trailer office and part of a garage service area Wednesday morning at a Winchester used car dealership, Winchester Fire Battalion Chief Sam Byrd said.
At the Rod Hatfield used car lot on Lexington Avenue, the fire started in the service area and spread to the office trailer.
The cause of the fire was a problem in the power supply to an air compressor in the service area, Byrd said. Fire officials were alerted to the fire at 5 a.m.
Only one car, inside a detailing area, was destroyed, Byrd said.
