Come share your favorite music, artists, bands and songs at the Teen Tech Week Music Sharing Event at the Jessamine County Public Library from 4:45-5:45 p.m. Friday. Speed painting workshop

The Creative Art League of Jessamine County is sponsoring a speed painting workshop from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday at the Blue Building at City-County Park. Participants will use a limited palette of acrylic paint, deli paper, stamps and stencils to create painted papers that can be used alone or incorporated into other art pieces. Cost is $10.
