Personnel File local hires and promotions: Week of March 25

Architecture

RossTarrant Architects: Jeff Stivers has been named president of the Lexington-based firm that focuses on the design of educational facilities. Martha Tarrant, the firm's former president, remains with the firm as a senior principal.

Finance

Enderle & Co.: Christopher Besten, director of operations, has been named partner.

Fifth Third Bank: Emily Meek has been named vice president. Julie Baker, Joseph Deraney, Aaron Mason, Emma Montgomery and Jennifer Wilson have been named officers.

Law

Dinsmore & Shohl: Linsey West, a partner of the firm, has been named co-chair of the Tort & Environmental Practice Group.

Fogle Keller Purdy: Marcel Smith has joined the firm as an associate.

Organizations

Manufactured Housing Institute: Nathan Smith, a partner in Erlanger-based SSK Communities, has been named chairman of the national trade association.

Other

McNay Consulting: Adam Turner has been named editor and multimedia guru for the Richmond-based publishing, media and consulting firm.

Thermal Equipment Sales: Chris Tyler, vice president of business development, has been named a partner.

YMCA of Central Kentucky: Tom Blackman, longtime YMCA executive and vice president of operations for YMCA of Central Kentucky for the last 12 years, retired March 15.
