Police have arrested a man who they say used a cellphone to try to take pictures up the skirts of women at two Central Kentucky Wal-Mart stores.

Francisco Clara Cayetano, 41, of Lancaster, was arrested Tuesday, according to a news release from the Danville Police Department.

On March 10, the Danville and Nicholasville police departments received similar complaints about a man taking pictures up women's skirts at the Wal-Mart stores in those towns.

The departments began sharing information, and photos and video of the man were sent to the media.

Danville Police Chief Tony Gray said the public responded with tips, one of which led Garrard County Deputy Sheriff Jeremy Smith to Cayetano.

Smith's brother, Chad Smith, an officer in the Danville Police Department, then obtained a warrant for Cayetano's arrest.

Cayetano, who also goes by Francisco Cordero, was charged with video voyeurism and harassment. He was taken to the Boyle County jail.
