University of Kentucky police are looking for a man who exposed himself to women on the southern part of the campus.

In two separate incidents Friday, women reported a man in a car stopped and asking for directions. When the women approached the car, he exposed himself, according to a campus safety notice that went out to students.

On Sunday, a man with a similar description walked up to a woman in the Woodland Avenue parking lot and asked for directions to Nicholasville Road.

He "reached to remove his pants," but stopped when the woman began to make a phone call, the release said. He walked away toward Hilltop Avenue and University Drive.

UK police have increased patrols in the area and are looking for the man, who reportedly was driving a dark-colored sedan with repair work on the driver's side. The notice described him as a 25- to 30-year-old Hispanic or Middle Eastern man with short, wavy hair. He was about 5-foot-7 and had "a round shaped face and a full stomach."

Anyone with information is asked to call campus police at (859) 257-8573.
