Eagle Scouts

April 10, 2013 

David Alexander Nealis, 17, has been awarded Eagle Scout, the highest honor in Boy Scouts of America.

David was sponsored by Troop 100, Gardenside Baptist Church. He is the son of Jason and Diane Nealis and is a senior at Bryan Station High School. He is a member of the Order of the Arrow and served as troop guide and senior patrol leader with Troop 100.

His Eagle Scout project consisted of planning, supervising and building message boxes for display outside and inside the main church entrances.

Matthew Hostetler, 17, has been awarded Eagle Scout, the highest honor in Boy Scouts of America.

Matthew is a member of Troop 59 at Christ Centered Church. He is the son of Chris and Tina Hostetler and is a senior at Bryan Station High School.

His Eagle Scout project involved relandscaping the front area at the animal adoption center at the Lexington Humane Society.

Matthew plans to attend Morehead University in the fall.
