Forums set for 3 University of Kentucky provost candidates

April 22, 2013

Public forums for three provost candidates at the University of Kentucky will be held Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 4 p.m. The location has been changed to the second floor of M.I. King Library. The hourlong forums will be streamed live to the campus at Uknow.uky.edu. During the forums, each candidate will speak briefly and then take written questions from the audience. A member of the search committee will serve as moderator to facilitate the forum. Questions also may be submitted by email at provost.search@uky.edu or via twitter at UK's account, @UKnewsroom.

The candidates are Jose Luis Bermudez, dean of the College of Liberal Arts at Texas A&M University, who will appear Tuesday; Nancy W. Brickhouse, interim provost at the University of Delaware, Wednesday; and Christine Riordan, dean of the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver, Thursday.
