Personnel File local hires and promotions: Week of April 29

Architecture

CMW Architects & Engineers: Landscape architect Brian C. Hill has been named president of the company. Hill succeeds Jack H. Ballard III, who remains a partner in the 51-year-old design firm.

Law

Morgan & Pottinger: P. Branden Gross has joined the firm as a real estate attorney. He was appointed to the Financial Institutions Board by Gov. Steve Beshear in 2009.

Stoll Keenon Ogden: Madonna "Maddie" Schueler has been named an associate in the firm's Lexington office. She is a member of the business litigation and intellectual property litigation practices.

Stites & Harbison: Bill Geisen has been named the office executive member of the firm's new Covington office and a member of the firm's construction service group. Tom Breidenstein and Jessi Hill have also joined the firm's Covington office. Breidenstein is counsel to the firm and a member of the real estate service group. Hill is an attorney in the construction service group.

Wallingford Law: Brendan J. Shevlin has joined the firm as Of Counsel. Shevlin will practice in the areas of civil litigation, creditor's rights, bankruptcy and collections.
