Franklin Notes: Children's Mental Health Awareness Day May 9

Planting Seeds to End Suicide and Bullying, an event focusing on suicide and bullying prevention, will be from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. May 9 at the Thomas D. Clark Center for Kentucky History in Frankfort as part of Children's Mental Health Awareness Day.

Audrey Haynes, secretary of the Cabinet for Families and Children, and Stephen Hall, commissioner of the Department for Behavioral Health and Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities, will speak.
