A man from Casey County has been arrested on child pornography charges for the second time in a year.

Franklin G. Clark, 30, has been out of jail on bond after being charged Aug. 1 with two counts of distribution of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor and 20 counts of possession of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor, according to a news release from state police.

On Thursday, he was arrested on an additional 14 counts of distribution of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor and three counts of possession of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor.

Clark, of Bethelridge, was being held Tuesday night in the Casey County jail.
