Police ask for help to find Georgetown man

May 23, 2013

Georgetown police are asking for the public's help in locating a man last seen May 9.

Jason Roaden, 25, was last seen at ChromaScape (Solution Dispersions Inc.), his place of employment in Cynthiana, said Georgetown police Sgt. Jeff Greenfield.

"He was seen there by his brother because they work opposing shifts," Greenfield said.

Jason Roaden went home to Georgetown, but left his cellphone behind, Greenfield said. "That's what's odd about it, because he's not been in contact with his family in any type of social media such as Facebook or emails," Greenfield said.

Police do not suspect foul play, "but it is odd and we're simply asking the public if they see him or know him to call or have him give us a call or have him call his family," Greenfield said.

Roaden is a white, standing 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighing about 130 pounds.

The number for Georgetown police is (502) 863-7826.
